J.T.M. is one of the leading food-processing companies in the world today. It all started more than 50 years ago with a butcher shop, a strong business model, and the core principles that were developed and instilled by the Maas family. In the interactive format of the Entrepreneur Speaker Series, UC Blue Ash business/economics professor, Kent Lutz interviews Maas on stage and the guest takes questions from the audience. Maas shares details about how his father founded Maas Brothers Meats in 1960, created a vision for the company, and successfully identified opportunities for growth. Today, J.T.M. products can be found in delis, restaurants, schools, convenience stores, and grocery stores around the world. The company also provides a variety of packaged foods to the U.S. military.
